Thanks to the carving technology the pads are much lighter than the traditional ones.
The result of this innovative technology is the construction of a multi-thickness and multi-density pad without creating rigid edges that might cause discomfort while sweating. In fact our pads remain elastic, soft and dry.
The wide availability of materials, foams and laminations allow us to create specific products based on our customers’ needs and suitable for any kind of cycling discipline we are demanded.

This range has been developed with open-cell and multi-layer foams whose densities are 65 kg/m³ and 120 kg/m³.  The total thickness of 16mm guarantee an excellent support while pedaling.

The first foam layer of 65 kg/m³ density and a 4mm thickness offer a high elasticity of the product and a pleasant feeling of softness in contact with the body. The second foam layer of 120 kg/m³ and a 12m thickness supports the cyclist in extreme distances by ensuring great comfort and protection.

The 3mm perforations of the foam increase the transpiration and the airstream of the pad. This feature gives a great feeling of freshness and let the pad dry quicker than the traditional ones.

This pad range is recommended for extreme distances (> 6H).

This range has been developed with an open-cell foam whose density is 100 kg/m³. Its 12mm thickness guarantee an excellent protection while cycling.

The 3mm perforations of the foam increase the transpiration and the airstream of the pad. This feature gives a great feeling of freshness and let the pad dry quicker than the traditional ones.

This pad range is recommended for medium and long distances (4/5H)

This range has been developed with an open-cell foam whose density is 80 kg/m³. Its 12mm thickness guarantee an excellent protection and freedom of movement during the ride.

This pad range is recommended for short distances (2/3H).
